support / remote
Remote support in 3 steps.
I connect via TeamViewer QuickSupport. You see exactly what I do. You can close the session at any time — you're in control.
Download TeamViewer QS
Not an install. One launch, one window. Disappears even from Recycle Bin afterwards. Doesn't touch your system, doesn't add a desktop icon.

Send me the ID and password
On screen you'll see a 9-digit ID and 4-character password. Send them via Signal — not e-mail. E-mail goes through five servers, Signal through one. If you don't have Signal, call.

Allow the connection
Blue window means: I'm connecting. Click "Allow" only when you're ready. You see every click I make. Close the window any time, connection dies. Control is yours.
✓ done, we can work
Pricing
Billed in 15-minute blocks. Same rate as a regular consultation, no "remote" surcharge.
Small thing ≤ 10 minutes — no charge. Not charity, just not worth writing an invoice for.
When I do NOT connect
Without prior agreement. Without the ID and password you sent me yourself. Without your explicit "allow" on screen.
If someone calls claiming to be from my company and asks for your ID — hang up and call me directly. This is a classic scam scenario.
Something not right?
If you're not sure, write. I can diagnose most things from a description without connecting.
